WELCOME TO ANANDA ART&TATTOO

We opened Ananda Art and Tattoo in November 2009. After looking at a lot of places we were delighted to find our first location in the awesome Lohi neighborhood. We have since moved to Wheat Ridge and are a part of the revitalization of 38th Avenue.
I have been tattooing for over a decade and wanted to bring a nice tattoo gallery to my neighborhood. We do a full range of custom tattoo work, anything from black and grey to color to Japanese to tribal and portrait work.
At Ananda our primary concerns are your art and your safety, all artists are educated in fine arts, blood-borne pathogens precautions, and fully licensed and inspected by the Jefferson county health dept.. You may notice that we don't have a big sterilizer in the shop, this is because we made the decision to go completely disposable. Meaning we do not re-use tubes or needles because this is the best way to ensure your safety.
These days there are a lot of shops in Denver to choose from, some are downright scary! Others are a little too pretentious for most folks. When you walk through our door it is our wish that you will feel safe and comfortable. You are encouraged to shop around before choosing a tattoo artist; however, we are confident that once you come to us you won't go anywhere else!
